Delivery Options & Costs

Shipping: Shipping around Australia usually takes in 2 to 6 business days.

Costs: Shipping costs are clearly shown in the checkout at the time of purchase

If you would like Express Shipping, let us know in the comments and we’ll see what we can organise. Express shipping is usually more costly and you’ll need to cover the difference.

Processing & Handling Time

• Orders process within 3 to 4 business days. We pack order on the days the shop is open.
• Once orders are packed and ready it can take the carrier company 1-5 days to pickup, but it usually happens next day.
• You receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships.

Tracking Your Order

• Click the tracking link in your shipping email to check the live status.
• Allow 24 hours for the tracking system to update after the package leaves our warehouse.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• Contact us within 7 days if your package arrives damaged or goes missing.
• We work with the carrier to launch an investigation.
