They provide a wonderful context prompt to use as a part of your therapy or anxiety management program and have the additional benefit of a smooth thumb sized central area to allow for easy rubbing for self soothing and bumps and edges for those that find regulation in rougher textures. A fun little creature to keep in your pocket for subtle and easy self soothing.

These wonderful little creatures are designed by New Zealand teen artist Amelie – business owner and advocate for mental health. The creation of her product range gave her purpose after she left school at age 16 due to her own mental illness, allowing her to make a difference in the life of others that may be struggling.
