The deep pressure provided by the Lycra Bed Sheet can provide the deep compression required for some children and adults to relieve anxiety and to reduce their arousal levels sufficient to go to sleep. As it is open at each end it can also be used as a compression tunnel.
As the sheet does limit the degree to which a doona can tuck around the body make sure you use enough bed clothes and pajamas to stay warm.
