This quality finished, Australian manufactured vest weighs between 1kg and 1.6kg with four removable double stitched pouches containing steel pellet to insert in the inside pockets. A weighted vest should be 5% of the child’s body weight. Some children may benefit with a little more weight of up to 10% of their body weight. Extra weighted pouch sets may be purchased separately.
Side and back velcro make dressing and adjusting the vest simple. A medium size vest is suitable for chest size 65-69cm.
