These gorgeous weighted animals can be very helpful in the classroom/kinder or child care facilities and are used regularly by those with SPD, ASD, ADHD and anxiety. They are seriously soooo soft and love-able!
Weighted products may be suggested by an Occupational Therapist as part of a sensory diet to assist with sensory regulation to focus on a task, relaxation and to calm down ready to sleep. Weighted Animals are filled with Poly Pellets and this design has a removable and secure double stitched / double layered weighted insert which can be machine washed.
Alongside the benefit of 1.5 kg, 2.0 kg or 2.5 kg in weight, there is also the extra sensory input of lusciously soft fabric that appears like a regular looking soft toy. They provide the deep pressure tactile input to support the user to be calm and attentive.
This toy can be snuggled to help go off to sleep, or sit on one’s lap during table top activities to provide some deep pressure tactile input while fingers fiddle with his ears and fur for some lighter tactile stimulation.

Almost all the animals can come in 1.5kg, 2.0kg and 2.kg weights. We recommend 2.5kg for adults.
